Welcome to the Labor Market and Education Administration in Boden Municipality!

The Labor Market and Education Administration has a collective responsibility for integration, labor market, education, and employment issues concerning our municipality's residents. The administration is also responsible for the Culture School and food supply and fulfills tasks for the medical and psychological aspects of student health in municipal preschool, primary school, adapted primary school, secondary school, and adapted secondary school.

Therefore, the municipality needs to strengthen collaboration between education and the labor market to create a cohesive and broadened study and career guidance. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for two engaged and driven project coordinators who want to help shape collaboration between school, working life, and the outside world. The role involves driving and coordinating parts of the project's operational implementation and ensuring that activities are carried out according to the project plan and goals. The focus of the work is to drive issues aimed at strengthening children's and young people's study motivation by clarifying the connection between studies and working life and contributing to a positive learning identity.

As a project coordinator, you have a central role in coordinating and implementing development initiatives that contribute to increased equity and goal fulfillment. Building networks with schools, actors in working life, guidance functions, and other potential partners is an important part of your assignment. You will be part of a work team together with another project coordinator and a project manager, where your main tasks will be to plan, coordinate, and follow up on activities that contribute to a systematic approach for collaboration between school and working life. You will be an important actor in coordinating contacts between schools, employers, and other relevant actors.

Your assignment includes conducting environmental monitoring, analyses, and documentation related to education, the labor market, and skills supply, as well as supporting the project's communication work and contributing to reporting and continuous follow-up. Developing PRAO and other guiding activities in close collaboration with working life according to the project's goals is also part of the work.

QUALIFICATIONS

Formal Requirements

We are looking for someone with a teaching degree, trained study and career counselor, or other relevant academic education in the social sciences, such as political science, sociology, or similar.

You have several years of experience working in the education sector and are well acquainted with the school's governing documents, assignments, and structure.

It is advantageous if you have teaching experience from the earlier years of primary school. Experience in project work, preferably in a project-leading or coordinating role. You have knowledge of labor market issues, skills supply, or collaboration between school and working life.

You have good computer skills and experience with digital tools for documentation, follow-up, and communication.

To succeed in the role, you need to be analytical, structured, and have high organizational skills. You can create order in complex issues, work independently, and take responsibility for moving the work forward. You are communicative and relationship-building; you build trust and create sustainable collaborations both internally and externally. You are also proactive and initiative-taking; you find solutions and make things happen.

You have an excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Please attach your teaching license or diploma. A criminal record extract must be presented before employment in preschool and primary school.
